Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the electronic items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
